The Secretary’s main duties are as follows:
- Arrange 4 meetings per annum for the committee including date and venue
- To receive agenda items from members of the committee, produce agenda for each meeting in consultation with the Chair and distribute before the meeting.
- To produce minutes of each meeting (approx. 4 per annum), send draft minutes to chair and then circulate to rest of committee once chair approved.
- To arrange annual AGM and any EGMs, take minutes and circulate minutes
- To support the Chair
