Walking Netball every Wednesday morning at Action Indoor Sports, Marsh Hill, Erdington 10am – 11am. Entrance opposite Co-op and car parking available. Good, fun workout for those who have retired from netball or have injuries that don't allow you to run, jump and land and for those who want to lose some weight and get fitter.
