Mixed Netball Tournament at North Birmingham Academy in Birmingham.
Date: Saturday 30th July 2016

Time: 10.30pm-1.30pm.

The tournament is intended for socialising and fun.  Max of 2 males per team on court at any one time. (1x centre court and/or 1x semicircle player).  Awards will be presented to the winners and runners-up.  This tournament is open to all ages 16+ and all abilities.

TEAM ENTRY
Each team may register a maximum of 12 players, using the TEAM ENTRY FORM, and players must be aged 16 years or above.  Each team member MUST also complete a registration form prior to the event.

Should you NOT wish to have your photograph taken you must mention this on the team entry form.  Failure to mention it, will be taken as consent given.  Photographs or video clips will be used for marketing and promotional purposes only.

The entry fee is £35 per team and should be paid in cash (receipted) or by cheque, payable to Val Thomas Limited. This fee will include the cost of umpires and court hire.
